Breath In

Breath Out

Increased attention to the body, increased attention to the mind. There is such power in the ability to tap into these aspects of ourselves. However, within this power is a choice to channel peace. I desire to encourage and support this choice, especially for Black womxn and young children of color in particular. With a passion for equity and liberation of Black bodies, I aim to provide visibility and opportunities for connection for people of color, to tap into their breath, and to allow a union of the mind and body to unfold. This looks different for each individual person, however, creating a safe space for time and exploration of this manifestation is the mission.

Soulful Sunshine acknowledges the limited opportunities and accessibility for Black womxn and people of color in wellness spaces and strives to enhance their visibility through diverse avenues. Understanding the significance of involving the broadest spectrum of age groups in these wellness practices, our vision at Soulful Sunshine is to promote engagement across all life stages, spanning from the anticipation of birth to the vibrant energy of our youth, and reaching into the seasoned wisdom of our elders.
